See yesterday's Judgment on Appeal of mbowe and Matiko

Judge Sam Rumanyika, who pleads guilty of the appeal against the decision to be banned by the Chairman of the Democracy and Development Association (Chadema), Freeman Mbowe and the Tarime Urban MP, Ester Matiko, has called on the Kisutu Magistrate's Court on trial. The decision you have made to the accused is to arrive at the office immediately.

Judge Rumanyika did this today on Wednesday, November 28, after the appeal was stuck on hearing because the documents were not attached to the coverage that had reached him.

He appealed to the court clerk after missing the Judge's number

After the call was received, Judge Rumanyika identified herself with titles while the voice of the other side (the voice of the Comas clerk) was heard to hear him.

Judge Rumanyika asked if he knew Case 112/2018 and he answered he knew, and then asked why the documents that had reached him were incomplete, there was no court decision and case proceedings.

Karani replied that he had not yet been fined by Judge Rumanyika that he wanted to send him so that he might be arrested or handwritten.

"Go unileee and wait for office at room number 16 ... I'm waiting," Judge Rumanyika called on and demanded both sides to wait until seven hours to get them to get the documents.

The appeal will begin hearing tomorrow morning. The defendants were repatriated.
